The Club’s fiscal year is from May 1 to April 30. This is also the membership
year.
If you purchase a membership from May 1 through December 24
the fee is $45. If you purchase a membership from November 1 through April
30, the fee is $25. Memberships may be purchased at the Clubhouse during open hours, at Patton’s Country Store, from
a current member or director, by mail or email (see contact us).
The gate on the road to the Club is locked. A key can be acquired for a
$5 deposit. The lock on the gate is changed each year after the Annual Meeting. You turn in your old key
and get a new key at no cost. If, at anytime, you want to return your key you will get your $5 deposit
back.

A membership meeting is held on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm, at the Clubhouse.
All members are encouraged to attend.

The Annual Meeting and Banquet is usually held the third Saturday in May.
Each year three Directors are retired and three are elected to a three-year term. The week following
the election of Directors, the nine Directors meet and elect the officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer).
The Secretary and Treasurer may be appointed by the directors and do not have to be directors.
